Tour Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival in Istanbul. Check in the hotel and time for rest.
Day 2: Breakfast. Driving to
Kestanbol Spring - Canakkale Thermal Spring Center. At the Thermal springs
beneficial bath cures, mud-bath cures, steam and geyser-cures are
available. Overnight in Kestanbol Spring Thermal.
Day 3: After breakfast driving
to Gonen Thermal center in Balikesir. for both drinking and bathing
cures, the waters are beneficial for dermatologic, liver, rheumatic,
urinary and nervous complaints. Overnight in Gonen.
Day 4: After breakfast driving
to Izmir, take part in Izmir half day tour to enjoy your day in Balcova
Thermal hotel. The water (62C) is suitable for drinking and bathing
benefiting sciatica, gynecologic, nervous disorders plus intestinal and
urinary problems. Overnight in Izmir.
Day 5: Free day in Izmir
Balcova Thermal hotel.
Day 6: Breakfast. Driving to
Kusadasi to visit the ancient city of Ephesus and the House of Virgin
Mary. After lunch driving to Thermal center in Davutlar. Under the
control of the medical doctor, the water is applied in form of bath
application for inflammatory rheumatism diseases, soft tissue diseases,
for rehabilitation of cerebral palsy, stress disorderly, neurology,
athletic injuries etc. Overnight in Davutlar.
Day 7: Breakfast. Driving to
Pamukkale to visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, also known with its
travertine's and thermal waters. Overnight in Karahayit Thermal. Thermal
waters contain hydro carbonate, sulphur, calcium carbon dioxide and iron
(33-56C, radioactive) and are suitable for drinking and bathing,
benefiting heart and circulatory complaints as well as digestive, gall
bladder. rheumatic and kidney diseases.
Day 8: Driving to Afyon after
breakfast. Waters contain sulphur, hydro carbonate, sodium, calcium,
carbon-dioxide, bromide and fluoride (60-70C, radioactive) and are good
for drinking and bathing benefiting, rheumatic, skin, gynecologic and
digestive complaints.
Day 9: Driving to Oylat- Bursa
after the breakfast. steam bath is heated to 40oC and the spring waters
are 10C. The waters contain sulphur, bicarbonate, calcium, hydrogen ions
and iron. With diuretic properties, the drinking and bath cures have a
relaxing and sedative effect.
Day 10: Driving to Ankara, The
waters (37-47C) contain sodium, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate and
chlorine. Good for drinking and bathing benefiting the cures of
rheumatism neuralgia, gynecologic and digestive disorders.
Day 11: Driving to thermal
center in Bolu. Waters (44C) contain calcium. magnesium, sulphu,

Day 12: Driving to Yalova
Thermal center. The thermal waters contain sulphur, sodium and calcium
(55-60C) and are suitable for drinking and bathing cures. beneficial for

Day 13: Enjoy your day in
Yalova Thermal center.
